BlazeSports, the NWBA and the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation Present Access to Sport Webinar

On Wednesday, February 20th, at 4pm EST, BlazeSports America and the National Wheelchair Basketball Association highlighted the oldest team adapted sport in the world – wheelchair basketball featuring the personal story of four-time Paralympian Paul Schulte.

Paul sustained a spinal cord injury as a result of a car accident at the age of 10.  Paul will discuss the role wheelchair basketball has played in his life and the positive impact it has had on his health, education, family and career.

Dan Humphreys, NWBA President and Randy Schubert, NWBA Executive Director discussed the rules, equipment, benefits of playing wheelchair basketball and how to join a local program.
