The benefits of exercise run the gamut from promoting life-long health and personal empowerment to developing skills and habits that encourage success in all facets of life. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people with disabilities can find it more difficult to eat healthy, control their weight, and be physically active. This webinar will provide information and resources to help local communities establish sports and physical activity programs that create more inclusive sport, fitness, and physical activity environments.
